Clogged Coils AC Unit Mt Pleasant Clean AC Coils Mt Pleasant

After doing a complete Air Duct Cleaning job at the Renaissance Condominiums in Mt Pleasant, the customer wanted us to inspect the AC unit and felt it didn’t seem to be running like it should.

WOW what an eye opener. Not only was the Coils Clogged up, it was completely covering the coils and blocking ANY Air flow. It was just under 1/8 to a 1/4 inch thick and took hours to clean off.

This could ONLY happen after years of neglect or in this case the customer had just purchased the unit and the AC unit had never been inspected from inside.

Our company has done other Air Duct Cleaning Work at these Condominiums before and found similar issues either in the ductwork or other areas of the AC unit.

This is no ones fault. Most people really do not know what is involved in keeping your AC unit in good working condition.

When it comes to clogged AC units or coils or even air ducts cleaned out. You should give us a call.

Dryer Vent Cleaning

 Dryer Vent Cleaning Charleston

Calling Dryer Vent Cleaning Charleston is your first and best step in resolving clogged or dirty Dryer Vent problems, usually identified by an Appliance or Dryer Repair person or a clothes dryer user noticing reduced performance.

Call Dryer Vent Cleaning Charleston if you notice very little air flow coming from your Dryer Vent to the outside of your home or if you can see a build up of lint within the Dryer Vent. Sometimes, dryer vent lint is visible in the vicinity of where the dryer vent exits your home.

Dryer Vents Need To Be Clear Of Debris

A Clean Dryer Vent is absolutely vital to the proper operation of your clothes dryer. Think of it as your dryer’s umbilical cord to the outside world. During proper operation, the way your dryer manufacturer designed your clothes drying system to function or work optimally, your dryer ventilation piping [Dryer Vent] must be able to “move” or exhaust 200 cubic feet of hot moist air per minute to the outside of your dwelling.

During normal operation this hot moist air also contains particles of fabric cast off by the tumbling action of the dryer. This is commonly referred to as Lint. As time goes on, this moist lint builds up to line the walls of the Dryer Vent and reducing air flow.

Is Your Dryer Taking Longer To Dry Your Clothes?

As the Dryer Vent piping becomes clogged, the performance or efficiency of your Clothes Dryer is reduced until it reaches the noticeable point of taking much much longer to accomplish the drying task.

Think of your Dryer Vent as one of the main blood arteries in your body. If your Dryer Vent cannot exhaust [pump] the required amount of air for proper operation, just like the arteries in your body getting blocked or blocked up – bad things are going to happen.

Most often, a Dryer Repair person will diagnosis performance issues as related to a clogged or dirty dryer vent. Dryer Repair people are not normally involved with dryer vent cleaning. Only the diagnosis.

Air Handler Cleaning Charleston

The air handler is the part of the air conditioning unit where the air changes temperature. Logic dictates that all of the air that you breathe in your environment must pass through an Air Handler and Ductwork first. Inside the Air Handler it is Cold, Dark and Wet. Mold thrives in that environment.

Air Handler Cleaning- What Are Some Of The Common Problems?

Common Air Conditioning Handler Problems & Preventive Maintenance Dirty Coils: The Air Handler Cooling Coils (Evaporator Coils) cools the air being broadcast into your home or work environment. If the Air Handler Coils are dirty or damaged, the air cannot be properly cooled or circulated.

Does The Blower Have Anything To Do With The Air Handler Cleaning Charleston?

Faulty Blower: Blowers (it’s called Fan on your Thermostat) is responsible for pushing the air through the ductwork in your home or business. If the blower’s wiring is in any way damaged, or the blades are full of dirt, the Air Handler cannot work properly and your utility bill will increase.

Will Clogged Air Filters Cause An Issue with the Air Handler?

Clogged Air Filters: Dirty air filters cause, generate many conditioning problems and Service Calls. Dirty filters impede the proper air flow for maximum efficiency. Clogged Drain Lines: An Air Handler is connected to a Drain Line that evacuates the water removed from the air while it is being cooled. Clogged Drain Lines can cause many problems such as Sheet Rock damage or the Air Handler to shut down entirely. There is never a convenient time for this to happen. Allergy Shop service technicians are knowledgable and experienced in not only resolving these issues, but preventing them from happening. Topic: Air Handler Cleaning Charleston
