Clogged Coils Found In AC Unit At Renaissance Condominiums Mt Pleasant

After doing a complete Air Duct Cleaning job at the Renaissance Condominiums in Mt Pleasant, the customer wanted us to inspect the AC unit and felt it didn’t seem to be running like it should.

WOW what an eye opener. Not only was the Coils Clogged up, it was completely covering the coils and blocking ANY Air flow. It was just under 1/8 to a 1/4 inch thick and took hours to clean off.

This could ONLY happen after years of neglect or in this case the customer had just purchased the unit and the AC unit had never been inspected from inside.

Our company has done other Air Duct Cleaning Work at these Condominiums before and found similar issues either in the ductwork or other areas of the AC unit.

This is no ones fault. Most people really do not know what is involved in keeping your AC unit in good working condition.
